Delete your account

Request permanent deletion of your Digi Phone Book account and the personal data linked to it.

Delete account request

Enter a valid 10-digit mobile number starting with 6, 7, 8 or 9.

What happens next

  • We verify the request with the mobile number registered on your account.
  • Your account, profile details and login are deleted within 30 days (usually within 7 working days).
  • Business listings you posted are removed from the app and website.
  • Payment and invoice records may be kept for the period required by Indian tax laws, and are not used for any other purpose.

Only want to remove a listing?

Open the Digi Phone Book app, go to My Ads, select the business and tap Delete. Your account stays active.
